My name is Jen. I am married to my very best friend (besides Jesus). Together we have 5 awesome kids (almost all grown) and have been blessed with some wonderful grandkids too. We love doing anything outdoors. I struggled for many years with health issues and was at one point struggling to even walk up our basement stairs to do laundry. After reaching my out of pocket max on insurance 2 years in a row and not feeling better, I began searching for an alternative. And, so began my passion for different approaches to health and wellness. I believe in the power of prayer and feel Christ is The Great Physician but I also feel we need to care for our temples. I am a Christian wellness instructor, (fitness teacher/gospel preacher) and Jordan Essentials is a blessing and bonus that I felt led to add as another tool to help people.
